16twelve Solutions trading as Kitchen Friend (“KITCHEN FRIEND”) is bound by the Privacy Act 1998 which includes the Privacy Amendment Act 2000 which govern the collection, use, handling and disclosure of personal information.

1. What information may KITCHEN FRIEND collect from you?

KITCHEN FRIEND may collect from you from time to time information including without limitation your business name, business address, email address, postal address, fax number, website information, contact person details, ABN, ACN, nature of business, style of business, suppliers, products used, menus, services or goods provided, records of correspondence with your business and your representatives (for example, phone records, emails or letters) and other information relating to your business and your use of the Website in order to allow you to access and utilise all features of the Website.


B. From time to time, in order for you to utilise the features of the Website and for you to make purchases via the Website, it will be necessary for KITCHEN FRIEND to collect credit card information from you, including without limitation card number, card issuer, card owner details, address of card owner, verification numbers, other verification details, bank details and expiry date.
